We recently came together for our annual leadership strategic meeting as we set our vision, priorities, and direction for FY 2027. This time is always invaluable; it gives our team the opportunity to step away from the fast pace of daily operations and intentionally refocus on what truly matters.
By shifting from the constant “doing” to thoughtfully exploring the “why” and “how,” we were able to engage in meaningful conversations about our purpose, our impact, and the future we are working to build. These discussions not only strengthen our alignment as a leadership team, but also ensure that every goal we set is rooted in clarity, intention, and shared commitment.
Throughout the meeting, we collaborated to align our strategic priorities, identify opportunities for growth, and establish a clear, actionable path forward for the upcoming fiscal year. The energy, insight, and dedication in the room were a strong reminder of what makes this team so special.
